Arthur Haughey P.A. began his work at The Skin Institute of New York (SINY®) in 2013, where he trained directly under the exceptional supervision and teachings of Dr. Peter Saitta. Arthur Haughey P.A. now specializes in Acne, Hair Loss, Wart removal, Skin Cancer screenings, and General Dermatology.
Arthur Haughey P.A. known as Artie here at SINY®, received his Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at SUNY Upstate in Syracuse NY after graduating Cum Laude from SUNY Cortland NY with his Bachelor of Science in Biology. Artie completed a P.A. Clinical Clerkship in Dermatology at Lewis County General Hospital and belongs to several Physician Assistant and Dermatological National Honor Societies.
Artie was a college athlete, playing Varsity Football at Cortland all 4 years after receiving the MVP award from the well-known HS Football powerhouse Bellport, in NY in 2001. Artie is an Honorably Discharged Veteran of the U.S. Army and takes a certain pride in serving the NYPD, FDNY, Active Duty, and Veterans of the Armed Forces for their dermatological needs. He has 3 children and a wife who live in Long Island and has a happy and healthy daughter living with Cystic Fibrosis born in 2016. Artie Spends his days off playing with his children, visiting his large interracial family, and attending his Fathers Church.
