Parker earned his bachelor of science with Summa Cum Laude honors at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston. He attended the same university for his PA education. He underwent training in dermatology in the Boston VA healthcare system, and in plastic surgery in Los Angeles. Parker also completed a dermatology fellowship at SINY dermatology in Brooklyn alongside Dr. Peter Saitta.
Parker hails from Boston, MA where he was also educated and trained. He first began learning dermatology as a dermatology medical assistant at the Fenway Community Health Center. He enjoyed serving his local community while working as an EMT, and in his spare time as a volunteer. For several years, Parker volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Horizons for Homeless Children.
